Lizette is a child development specialist with a Master's in Child Psychology and over 20 years working with children and families on the Peninsula. She holds a B.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from San Francisco State University and is a native Spanish speaker. Lizette leads enrichment and Spanish tutoring for Plato+, creating a classroom where every child feels seen, safe, and genuinely proud of what they achieve. Her differentiator isn't Spanish instruction alone; it's understanding how children learn, when they need encouragement, and how to build the confidence that makes language stick.

Each 8-week session builds progressively, from everyday vocabulary to real conversations. Every session is 60 minutes of immersive, joyful Spanish.
Colors, greetings, and classroom objects. Building comfort with Spanish sounds and basic conversation.
Family members, emotions, and descriptions. Forming simple sentences about the people they love.
Places, actions, and directions. Using Spanish to navigate real-world situations.
Food, music, and Latin American traditions. Culminates in a parent showcase where your child presents in Spanish.
